CARNIVALVIBES™ is set to the electric beat of our live DJ playing the best Caribbean Soca and dancehall.
It features mindfulness, waistline drills and hip-swaying Soca choreography!
We interweave confidence-building exercises into our class to get you to embrace your body and the way you move whilst, of course, enjoying the atmosphere of Carnival In A Class!
