Dynamic Soca Choreography Class!
Bring your Rags and Flags and Join the Party!
The UK's #1 soca dance class - and what we like to call - a Soca Dance Experience!
Relive the energy of Carnival every week at CARNIVALVIBES!
CARNIVAL VIBES is set to the electric beat of our live DJ (NassenUK) playing the best Caribbean Soca and dancehall.
It features mindfulness, waistline drills and hip-swaying Soca choreography!
Our class challenges you to embody the high energy, syncopated movement of Soca with the bold grooves of dancehall and then takes you on a journey into some traditional Caribbean Folk.
We interweave confidence-building exercises into our class to get you to embrace your body and the way you move whilst, of course, enjoying the atmosphere of Carnival In A Class!
Release your inhibitions, make friends and become part of a community! Join us today!! What are you waiting for?

I AM NEW TO DANCE, IS THIS CLASS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Carnival Vibes is suitable for beginners and advanced dancers. However, please note this is a fast-paced class. We recommend that participants be familiar with basic wining techniques before attending this class and be comfortable learning and retaining choreography. If you feel this is not you, have no fear, we recommend starting with WasitlineDrills, a slower-paced beginner class.
I WANT TO COME TO CLASS BUT I DON'T WANT TO BE FILMED, CAN I STILL COME?
You do not have to film the routine at the end of class; this is voluntary; however, we film all parts of the class for personal records and our pre-routine montages on our weekly Youtube class videos. If you do not want to be filmed, we offer CARNIVALVIBES Online- where you can learn all the routines from our classes from the comfort and privacy of your home.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Comfortable clothes you can dance in, don't mind doing floorwork in, and don't forget your rag or flag!
