Bring your Rags and Flags and Join the Party!​ Relive the energy of Carnival every week at CARNIVALVIBES™! CARNIVALVIBES™ is set to the electric beat of our live DJ playing the best Caribbean Soca and dancehall. It features mindfulness, waistline drills and hip-swaying Soca choreography! Our class challenges you to embody the high energy, syncopated movement of Soca with the bold grooves of dancehall and then takes you on a journey into some traditional Caribbean Folk. We interweave confidence-building exercises into our class to get you to embrace your body and the way you move whilst, of course, enjoying the atmosphere of Carnival In A Class! ​Release your inhibitions, make friends and become part of a community! Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us no less than 48hrs in advance for your session to be rebooked. Cancellations under 48hr advanced warning can not be honoured for rebooking. Please note the lead instructors advertised may not always be available to lead the session due to sickness, injury or any other reason, where that instructor is not available, another instructor will be provided. You agree that by taking part in any Zaiah Arts class you are healthy and have been cleared to take part in physical activity by your doctor. Zaiah Arts or any Zaiah Arts instructor is not liable for damages or any injury that may come about as a result of taking part in our classes.
