Want to LEVEL UP your waistline skills, twerking abilities or just looking for a fun way to tone up and increase confidence? We offer 1-1 bespoke lessons by our professional Carnival Vibes Coaches catered specifically for you! You will go through a series of stretch and strengthening warm-ups, followed by Waistline Drills and then, you will learn a movement sequence choreography all with the aim to get you embracing your body and the way YOU move! For those wanting advanced sessions where we breakdown headstands, splits and a lesson focused on enhancing dance technique, we do this as well! With Summer just weeks away what are you waiting on!

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us no less than 48hrs in advance for your session to be rebooked. Cancellations under 48hr advanced warning can not be honoured for rebooking. Please note the lead instructors advertised may not always be available to lead the session due to sickness, injury or any other reason, where that instructor is not available, another instructor will be provided. You agree that by taking part in any Zaiah Arts class you are healthy and have been cleared to take part in physical activity by your doctor. Zaiah Arts or any Zaiah Arts instructor is not liable for damages or any injury that may come about as a result of taking part in our classes.
